FEAR…..
Fear of what might be, could be, are thoughts based on possibilities. Fear of failure hinders a beginning. What can you be sure of? Cultivate certainty by observing the cycles of nature

Being hard on oneself is useless. You can be driven and not be hard on yourself. They are not meant to be tied in a knot that cannot be undone. We are nature….we have patterns and cycles. If you want something different, observe where you are at, say what you want and begin steps to get the change - stop massaging the old.
We love our current status much of the time….we claim we wish we were elsewhere…but the blanket of comfort of certainty where we are versus the uncertainty of where we are going is a bit addictive. It’s easier….more predictable than what could be if we experiment with a different way.
Fighters love to doubt themselves…….They spend all this time in training just to spend an entire week before a fight mentally undoing all the minutes they put in. They need a structure that can hold up to the pull of inefficiency.
I’m looking for the physical shape in them that can override that doubt and turn it into performance. I want each person to find their back….their center……to feel immovable. I’m looking for the connections that stick versus fall apart when questioned.
FEAR OF FAILURE HINDERS A BEGINNING! We must leap off of what we think is going to be the Grand Canyon and experience it as a curb. We must repeat this over and over and over until the leverage in our body is solid and can hold us in the toughest of times.
