Foot strike

Each foot strike sends a wave of communication through a series of broken chains. I’ve earned each link, no matter how out of place - I’ve earned all of it. The dismantling is about changing the definition of connection….undoing the external lies that I have internalized year after year. A willingness to feel broken but not lost in the abyss of comparison.
