Defending yourself, taking better care of your body is real self accountability. Be prepared to have total focus, presence, and dedication to the process. We have fun and we are serious about the work we do.

When you’re committed to learning, the results come. Success happens when you walk through those doors consistently. All the things life throws at you stays outside these doors. The time you have here is dedicated to being the best practitioner of you.

Do you offer free classes?

No we do not. It cheapens the experience that we take pride in providing. It’s unfair to the students who are committed to learning and creates buy-in from both us and you to show up.

We are serious about our work and we want to know you are equally committed to development.

What is your class schedule?

You can see the class schedule under the schedule section in the navigation. Our sparring fundamentals is open to all twice a month. Our women and trans sparring fundamentals is open once a month.

Any class closures will be sent via email and posted on our social media via Instagram.

What happens if I show up late for my group class?

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be admitted into class. It’s a huge disruption to class and we prefer you to be early or on time. Your hands should be wrapped and ready to go when class starts.

Do I need to have my own equipment?

Yes. If you are on a trial, you can borrow equipment until you purchase a membership, but you must bring in your own clean hand wraps.

What should I bring to class?

We recommend water, athletic gear, shoes, or barefoot (socks alone are not allowed due to slipping hazard). Depending on the discipline, wraps, gloves, and/or shin guards.

Can we spar during open gym?

NO SPARRING IS ALLOWED WITHOUT AN ARCARO BOXING COACH PRESENT. The Arcaro boxing coach required must be one listed on our website. Anyone caught sparring without a coach present will have their membership revoked. No questions asked and no money will be refunded.

How do I compete/join the competition team?

Come to regular classes and let the coaches know you’re interested. Assessments will be made and if you’re a fit we’ll ask you to try out for the team.

If I already fought for another team, how do I make a switch?

Come to regular classes and let the coaches know you’re interested. Boxing/Kickboxing is a small community. We like to know that you’ve already exited your current team before approaching ours.

How can I fight as a pro here?

Let the coaches know you’re interested. Our pro coaches will be in contact with you, but the best way to get our attention is coming to class to see how well you work. Every class is an audition.

How do memberships work?

All memberships renew on the 1st of each month. Cancellations must be done by the 25th of the month preceding renewal. It must be done by email. Paper trail is best so we can accommodate accordingly.

How do the trials work?

Our trial program is $125. It gives you a total of three sessions. The first session is a 1:1 (thirty minutes) with one of 3 coaches depending on your goals. You’ll have two remaining passes for any class you would like to attend expiring within 30 days of your 30 minute 1:1.

Is youth class offered year round?

Yes, we treat our program like any of our other programs, very seriously. We prefer kids to continue to work on their skill sets as often as possible.

What ages are allowed for youth class?

We allow for kids as young as 5 by a trial basis and up through 16. 17 and older qualify for our adults program.

Does our youth class include sparring?

Yes, but sparring is not required. If your goal for your child is general fitness, they can work without sparring.

Do you offer a family discount?

No, we do not offer a family discount, our coach to student ratio is incredibly low and the coaches who do teach our program are elite coaches.

How do I book a 1:1?

Pay for the session in advance.
Book with desired coach through member login

What if I'm a "No Show" for a 1:1?

You will forfeit the session.

If 15 minutes late, you will forfeit the session.

What is the 1:1s cancellation/reschedule policy?

Require a minimum notice of 24 hours.

24 hour notice will allow 1:1 session to be rescheduled.

What is Arcaro's media policy?

We do not allow recording or photography without management’s permission. If you want to record or take photos for commercial purposes, you need to get permission in writing. You can request written consent by emailing info@arcaroboxing.com. Breaking these rules may result in your membership being revoked.
