PROGRAMS WE OFFER:

Arcaro provides boxing and a whole lot more.

Boxing Fundamentals

Boxing is at the core of what we offer. It caters to all skill levels.

Our team of elite coaches provides top-notch training. This class is designed to enhance core skills for both beginners and experienced boxers. Students learn footwork, defense, offense, and develop their fight IQ.

Class activities may include heavy bag work, mitt work, and/or partner drills. Participants can expect each session to up-level their skill set. We provide 18 classes over seven days a week. No hype, just real work.

FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS 1:1

Functional Patterns is a method to improve movement. It looks at the root causes of pain and limitations.

The goal is to enhance posture, mobility, and overall function by aligning movement with the body’s natural mechanics.

FP focuses on basic actions like standing, walking, running, and throwing. It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of these movements.

By addressing movement dysfunction, we reduce chronic pain and enhance athletic performance. Improve your quality of life by retraining your daily movements.

Private sessions are tailored to your starting point and your needs.

CORE TENSIONS

Functional Patterns in a group setting? Yes, we offer it. A human biomechanics specialist teaches every class.

We offer hour-long classes, four days a week. This way, our students receive regular, quality instruction.

This class supports our 1:1 client work. It makes Functional Patterns available to everyone. Say goodbye to training through chronic pain and thrive with improved movement.

Our goal is to ensure you are moving at your best for years to come.

KIDS AND YOUTH BOXING

A program dedicated to anti-bullying. Building confident kids from within.

There’s something to be said about kids feeling uncomfortable in their bodies. Ever growing, constantly changing, and learning independence.

At Arcaro Boxing we offer classes five days a week in order to create confident kids. 

With a desire for discipline and a space to develop skills that translate into:

  1. Using their voice
  2. Being fully present in their bodies
  3. Formulating thoughtful action with physicality under duress

 

We aim to help you build confident kids. Our program focuses on developing strong bodies with a disciplined approach.

They will leave equipped with a better understanding of how to protect themselves.

We accept kids and youth from as young as 6 to 16 years of age.

K.O. Parkinson’s

Meet Arcaro’s real fighters. Our K.O. Parkinson’s program is open to everyone facing neuromuscular disorders, not just those with Parkinson’s. This is not just any boxing class.

It’s designed with care and purpose to tackle these challenges head-on. We know that winning this fight starts with using your voice while moving.

Our program has the support of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association (APDA). It features real boxing methods and involves the best volunteers from our community.

The outcomes are impressive. Join us three days a week to help slow the progression of Parkinson’s and any other neuromuscular disorder you might be fighting.

KICKBOXING/MUAY THAI

Our kickboxing classes are designed to meet the needs of every level of Muay Thai practitioners.

Learn fundamental techniques as a beginner or refine your kickboxing/Muay Thai skills with intermediate and advanced-level instruction.

With ten class offerings a week, this is a program designed to give you a strong foundation.
