Founder/Head Coach
Fun Fact: Don’t call her Trish, unless you like burpees. She fought Holly Holm as a pro and many other notable female boxers.
She is a pioneer in the space of coaching women in boxing. She trained PNW’s first female Olympic athlete. She also created Pan-American gold medalists, Olympic Trial athletes, and Golden Gloves champions.
Coach Tricia helps everyday athletes with boxing and Functional Patterns. She focuses on improving movement. She has helped transform clients dealing with scoliosis and other issues to live healthier, pain-free lives.
Coach
Fun Fact: He is a salsa extraordinaire. He likes to tie in his love of dance with boxing.
Coach Cisco has fought under the tutelage of Coach Tricia. He is a Functional Patterns Practitioner.
His style of fighting is very much tied to his footwork and his love of salsa. He likes to be on the inside, prefers head movement, and loves to slip and roll. Coach Cisco plays with level changes and loves to be hands-on like he’s spinning you into a move. He’s also a natural southpaw.

Fun Fact: It is unexpected that she’s not a natural athlete. Yet, with time and hard work, she became a pro paintball player for the Northern Lights. She considers herself a try-hard.
Coach Cassidy has fought under the tutelage of Coach Tricia. She is a Functional Patterns practitioner.
She is as OG as they come. She started out with Coach Tricia at Pratt Park, hanging heavy bags and taking them down daily.
She graduated from Seattle University with a Kinesiology degree. Post-college, she worked with commercialized Parkinson’s programs. Her ability to identify what didn’t work well led her to create her own Parkinson’s program.
She serves on the board of the APDA (American Parkinson’s Disease Association). She is the creator and head honcho of Arcaro K.O. Parkinson’s program.
Coach
Fun Fact: Coach Ondrea is an Olympic Trials athlete. She does crazy hikes, backpacking, and is our outdoor phenom. Crazy roads in Colorado; she drives them like a boss.
Coach Ondrea has fought under the tutelage of Coach Tricia.
She is a punisher on the inside and plays in mid-range. She sparred with Maricela Cornejo and Cris Cyborg, helping them get ready for fights. Don’t let her chill demeanor fool you; she is a punisher and throws some serious heat when sparring.
Coach Ondrea is the pioneer of Arcaro women’s and trans sparring fundamentals.
She is working to become a Functional Patterns practitioner. At the same time, she is studying for her master’s degree at the University of Washington.
Assistant Coach
Fun Fact: He teaches in the Japanese Program at Seattle University. He is also fluent in Japanese.
Coach Ben has fought under the tutelage of Coach Tricia.
He has a nasty jab and people consider him a technical pressure fighter. Coach Ben supports the Arcaro Youth Program. He is also a bronze-level USA Boxing Coach.
Head Coach
Fun Fact: Coach Kim is the only one on staff with kids. It’s no surprise that she heads up our Arcaro Youth Program. She is passionate about developing both kids and women in the sport of boxing.
Coach Kim comes from her own gym, The Queen’s Dojo. She recently merged with Arcaro Boxing.
Her specialties are kickboxing/Muay Thai, and has competed in both boxing and kickboxing.
She runs the International Women’s Tournament, which she co-founded with Coach Tricia. She co-coaches both the amateur and professional teams.
Coach Kim handles public relations and media for the PNW local boxing commission and the National Golden Gloves.
