We aim to uplift women in every area of boxing. Whether you compete, judge, referee, or coach, we’re here for you. We aim to hire as many women as possible for every role we offer. This encompasses roles such as vendors, clinicians, and more.
If we couldn’t find women for the roles, we selected men who are firm advocates for women. They are experts in their field. They will help us train future female professionals for these roles.
We sourced the best of the best to keep every detail with women in mind. Our primary goal is to continue elevating women wherever possible.
We take pride in developing our officials. We bring in the best to ensure we have the framework to attain a higher percentage in scoring and accounting for accuracy in all capacities. Our goal is to give the best possible experience on our platform, for our female athletes, referees, and judges.
