Over the years, there is one phenomenae that doesn’t make sense to me. It’s when things are going crappy one would choose to not come in the gym. I’ve been that person before and I still don’t understand.
When everything is going awry, it’s honestly the best time to get in the gym. It’s a consistent place that allows you an outlet. It’s a place of solace. It’s the place where things make the most sense and can allow you a sanctuary.
Many times, I’ve started my day in a crappy way, feeling out of sorts and whether I was training or coaching, the boxing took over and took care of everything. .
If you are on the fence, get in and make it your habit, I guarantee you boxing will make it all right, at least for the time you are in the gym.
