This time of year all boxing clubs across the U.S. are getting ready for our National Amateur Championships.  Spokane, WA was the loacation last year and they won the bid to host the Championships all the way through 2016.

Last year the Pacific Northwest had several boxers in the quarter finals and finals and we are all looking forward to having a successful 2014.

You can keep up with all the fights and watch the live action via this link:

Boxer Jen Hamann won the gold last year and will returning to get more rounds of experience as she trains on the long road toward the 2016 Olympics in Rio. The competition is stacked and there should be many exciting fights in store.

We will leave on Sunday January 19th and working our way to the finals on Saturday January 25th.  You can keep up with us via ArcaroBoxing on facebook and this blog.

So far we have fund raised enough to cover our travel, food and gym membership. Thank you to Candy Johns, Richard Wells, Tanya Reyes, Shelby Barnes, Heather Jennings and Erroll Gardner for getting us this far.  We need to raise $1050.00 more to cover our housing costs for the week.  You can contribute by using our PayPal link and help us with our housing at
