Feints

This week we have been working on feints.

Feints are deceptive movements meant to expose patterns of reactions in your opponent.  A feint is an effective tool to learn where your opponent is most susceptible for an attack.  Roy Jones Jr. was one of the best at feints.  Check out this video and see how he sets up devastating punches by using his whole body to sell his deceptive movements.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIPAvP-dAFs

Feints take confidence and an ability to make your opponent believe you are making the move you are “selling”  Feints also take commitment and an ability to take advantage of the reaction you created.

Watch the video and pick your favorite feint!
