Boxing Reflections.

There is always something to be gained from the reflection of our accusation.

Typically a boxer’s best or favorite punch is the one they have the hardest time receiving.

If he/she is good at a Jab,  they probably struggle when their opponent has a good Jab.

It’s important to see your strengths and look at them at all angles to find openings for increasing skill.

We train with these principles so we can build a sturdy foundation of boxing skill and expression.

When you creatively breakdown your skills,  it’s a lot more fun and you will be able to let your hands go.
