a little thought process

In the ring, the truth comes to the surface- Learn how to live your life this way—using boxing training.

It’s simple- life is full of pain and suffering- to be human is to experience it.

Makes me think our perspective on things is all wrong. If loss, pain, suffering is constantly there, why do we have so much of our existence set up to try and avoid it? The experience should be heralded the same as any other…..wouldn’t we learn more and get more done? Wouldn’t we be less apt to keep useless patterns?

When the bell rings, your mental focus and breath get you through. You rely on your training and the movements you have perfected every day. Isn’t this a good attitude for every day life? Awareness brings about a little bit more autonomy in our environments. We can take each and every moment in as influence for the next. We can realize how our perception and input equate to our results.

Responsibility for our outcomes the true victory.
